The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location in the center was perfect, as it was close to the Bilbao Metro station and within walking distance of three different metro stations. The hotel staff was friendly, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

Check-in was easy. Staff provided a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. This place had a comfortable atmosphere.

The apartment was fairly clean and located just off the centre, and shops and restaurants. During the stay everything was fine and I got ironing as a compliment. The bathroom was large and with bathtubs...
